1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 5999be ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 5999be website at https://5999be.bet and any associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process and creating a 5999be account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Account Rules

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 5999be login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. 5999be will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You agree to notify 5999be immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 5999be may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure while any suspected security breach is investigated.

KYC Verification

In order to protect the integrity of the platform and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices, 5999be requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

Account Closure

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

5999be supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time, and not all methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals at all times.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 5999be account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• 5999be does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC identity verification.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days to reach your account.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same name as your 5999be account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 5999be reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers AML review thresholds.

Currency and Exchange

All funds on 5999be are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5999be does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any transactions initiated in foreign currencies will be declined. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own bank or payment provider in relation to currency conversion, should such a situation arise on the player's end.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

5999be offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific bonus terms document, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters directly relating to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered using real-money bets on eligible games or markets before a withdrawal request for the associated funds can be approved.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on 5999be — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), tennis, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 5999be does not guarantee the continued availability of any odds.
• In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended by 5999be. Any bets placed after market suspension will be void.
• 5999be reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error in odds compilation.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum winnings caps apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface after login.
